Welcome to School Athletics
Our students learn far more than physical skills through skating, basketball, volleyball, badminton, races, tug of war and more. Working towards a common goal, and competing with other schools, builds self-confidence, courage and strength.
A dedicated athletic trainer for skating, a certified personal trainer and a health and safety specialist with first-aid expertise keep every session fun, safe and focused on improving performance.
Roller Skating
Our indoor roller skating school offers top-quality instruction and small-group lessons using the Learn to Skate curriculum.
We are committed to the best programming and coaching, giving skaters of all ages and abilities a fun and safe experience.
Hurdle Race
Hurdling is the act of running and jumping over an obstacle at speed. Our children practise different step patterns, 3-step for high hurdles, 7-step for low hurdles and 15-step for intermediate, building rhythm, balance and confidence.
